Plastic Free Whitstable Business Champions: The Horsebridge
Our local Whitstable community arts centre, The Horsebridge, opened in 2004 and registered as a Plastic Free Business Champion in 2018. Talking to their manager, Liz, it is clear that she believes “reducing plastic should be important to everyone”. The Horsebridge, as a public centre, should model best practice and raise awareness through their projects and exhibitions. Tree Planting in Whitstable This Autumn
This autumn is seeing an exciting commitment to tree planting and the CT5 Eco Group is delighted to be supporting this as part of its purpose to celebrate and save our natural world. On November 24th Canterbury City Council (CCC) is planting 100 trees at the Swalecliffe seafront by the water treatment plant.
